The facts
The Brazilian Superior Electoral Court (TSE) ordered Attorney General Jorge Messias to remove an AI-generated video supporting President Lula from social media. The video, which featured synthetic characters and lacked disclosure of its artificial nature, violated electoral transparency laws and was deemed misleading political propaganda. The content was promptly taken down.
