Our take
A school showed a 6-year-old her future as a nurse. Her mother would have liked to be asked first.
The facts
A South Carolina mother, Nikki Anderson, criticized her daughter's school for using AI to create an image of her 6-year-old as a 25-year-old nurse without parental consent. The incident raised concerns about children's privacy, consent, and the ethical use of AI in educational settings.
